  I wish it could be 5 stars but it isn't.
  This surgery never gave us the impression that they had a problem with my dog however the reality is they continually made negative and nasty notes which were sent to our insurance could now now affect my dogs health and us financially. We paid upfront as they didn't want to deal with our insurance. They sent out claim out late and handled it very unprofessionally as they continue to lie about why it wasn't sent out causing a considerable delay. I gave this surgery the chance to make good of the situation and was met with a very defensive and dismissive attitude.
